EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
I am a government school teacher. I teach in government girls high school Dhamawa Kasguma Bhimber. My school is located in such a site that is very popular due to its historical buildings. I teach biology and chemistry. My headmistress is a punctual and kind lady. She tries her best to make her staff punctual. In my staff there are seventeen members specialized for different subjects. All of them are very cooperative. There is a computer instructor in my school. He teaches computer as a subject. Computer lab is there to work out. There is also a science lab having all types of instruments in it. We follow our national curriculum. A sports instructor is also there in my school. Her duty is to held competition of different types of sports. We teach our students Punjab syllabus. We also manage extracurricular activities like knitting sewing and cooking also. Debate competition has its value in my school.as a whole we want to teach each and every child in our community. We want to be aware and to give awareness to the others. May Allah bless all of us! Amen.
NEEDS OF MY INSTITUTION
Although we are having a lot of facilities but shortcomings are also there to cope with. First of all is our building. We have seven classrooms for ten classes. In winter season, our students have to sit under sunlight, but in the summer season, often they have to share classrooms. We don’t have separate rooms for each subject. There is no examination hall in my school, so when there is examination session, the classrooms become engaged and students have to take their classes here and there. School bus is another great problem for the students. They have to travel on their own convenience. The other need of my school is the school library. We do not have a single room used as library, no library books, and no library furniture. These are few but basic needs of my school.
NON-SIBI REFLECTION
In this world everyone tries to gain everything for himself, but the real pleasure is to help others. From very childhood of mine, when I was also a student, I was very fond of teaching the poor girls who were not very good in their studies. Even now I am continuing this practice. In my university, when I was a student, we had an organization of our district. We had to collect money from each member of our organization and had to give it to needy person of our district. It was a great achievement for us. We also collect old books from student and give these books to those students who cannot buy new books.
Reflection of Washington D.C.
At 22nd of july, we went to Washington D.C.it was really a wonderful trip. First day we had a trolley tour of the city where we got a lot of information about different historical places and monuments. The next day we visited state department where we received our certificates. Then we visited different museums and the best one was the Natural museum, full of fossils and other wonderful things. We visited Pakistan embassy, sennet house and voice of America.we enjoyed a lot.
Max Warburg Courage-Reflection.
It was a wonderful trip to Boston. I was much impressed by the courage of Max. Till his death he showed courage. Due to his accident of bicycle, his spleen was burst, and he became the victim of leukemia, although he was on death bed, even then he showed that he is energetic and hopeful. Even in the last moments of his life, he was working with his father on a project. We should also be brave and hopeful like Max.

By Maria Zaib and Shamaila Akram
We want to give activity based education using different activities like chart making, field trips, group discussion, lab practicals, models, audio and video aids. These goals will help us to enhance the traditional education system.
Target group:-Students of grade 9th and 10th.
Objectives: Developing environmental awareness in students. For schools that have limited resources on site.Field trips to natural areas can be an effective learning experience for students.
To enhance collaborate efforts
- Project based assignment
- Result in learning that is creative, meaningful and authentic.
- We can manage our work in the following parameters.
Overview: To reduce anxiety a pre-visit lesson can help to make the most of the field trip experience. During field trip we can collect soil and water of different places, then we can analyze pH, water quality, impurities of water, soil types etc. We can also show them the flora and fauna of different places. Group work is an effective method of teaching. Students sit together, topics are given to them and they share their ideas about those topics. A good starter activity is to assign pairs of students to research or problem and report their research to the remaining group.
Material required: Charts, audio and video aids, pH papers, transport facility, refreshment etc.
Procedure:
